SMALL SCHOOL, LOTS OF SUCCESS!

Union Hill FFA traveled to San Antonio taking a total of ten students to compete in the Brahman Cattle Divisions and horse judging. The Junior Horse Team consisting of Abby Willoughby, who was 6th high point individual, Mia Speight, 8th hi point individual, Olivia Dailey, 10th hi point individual, and Richmond Smith. The team placed second overall. Also participating was the Senior Horse judging team consisting of Tate Duffey, Bristol Smith, Aleea Albright, and Teri Self. This was this team’s first contest to participate in. They competed against other students from all over the state of Texas. 

In the cattle division there was lots of success from the following students: 
Olivia Dailey Reserve Over All Red Brahman Female, Champion Division, first place in Junior show. 1st place Open Show
Marci Baker 2nd place Red Brahman, 3rd , 5th , 9th grey Brahman in Open Show. 9th in the Junior Show
Bristol Smith 2nd Junior Show, 3rd Open show
Aleea Albright 3rd Junior and Open Show
Kinsler Albright 10th place in Open Show
Teri Self 3rd Junior Show, 2nd Open Show
