Dear Parents:
The First and Second Grades are going to be presenting their spring program on
Thursday, May 2, 2024 at 2:00 PM. The program will be entitled “Gettin’ Down
with Mama Goose.”
If you would like, the children may dress as their favorite Mother Goose
character. This is totally optional. We will be singing songs about Mother
Goose, Old Mother Hubbard, Wee Willie Winkie, Jack B. Nimble, Hickory Dickory
Dock, The Three Little Kittens, Old King Cole, Humpty Dumpty, and also Army
Men/Women. Please don’t go to any great expense here. The key here is to
look the part and have fun.
I am very excited about this program and look forward to seeing you there.

Math STAAR test for grades 6th through 8th and Algebra 1 will be taken on Wednesday May 1st.
Reminder, Tomorrow grades 3-5 will be taking the Math STAAR test!
Union Hill Book Fair May 6th-9th
In order to beat impending weather conditions on Wednesday, the Varsity Baseball Playoff game will start at 4:00 in Grand Saline. The field is located directly behind the high school.
Tuesday April 30th will be the Math portion of the STAAR test for grades 3-5!
Tomorrow's varsity baseball game has been moved to 3:30 at ETBU.
Reminder, tomorrow is the 5th Grade Science STAAR test! Also, 8th and 9th Science and Social Studies on Thursday.
Tonight is Senior Night for Varsity Baseball. Parents need to be at the field by 5:15.
To get to the baseball game tonight put Overton Little League Field
into Google Maps. This is where we will be playing.

This Wednesday our 5th graders will be taking the Science portion of the STAAR test. Please send them all the positive vibes!!
The Varsity Baseball game scheduled for today in Overton has been postponed to 6pm on Monday April 22nd.
